Tre is the fearless leader and creative mind behind Vybecheck. He helps keep the band organized, the sound polished, and the business moving forward no small task with a group this full of personality. A true multi-instrumentalist, Tre leads on keys and also plays organ, aux keys, bass, drums, and saxophone.

Tre has also had the opportunity to play for and work alongside several artists, including Kelontae Gavin, Courtney “Coco” Crosson, Vincent Bohanan, Janae Jones, Antwaun Cooks, Kentrell Ragin, Melvin Crispell III, Ernest Billups, Billy Basecamp, Chaundre Bloomfield, Mike the Chaplain, and more. His talent, vision, and steady leadership help keep Vybecheck in sync both on and off the stage

Ray is the co-creator of Vybecheck and one of the voices behind the band’s rich, soulful sound. As an alto and second soprano, she brings warmth, depth, and balance to every performance. Behind the scenes, Ray plays a key role in the business and administrative side of the band, making sure details are reviewed, organized, documented, and handled with care.

Ray also brings valuable background vocal experience, having had opportunities to sing behind artists such as J.J. Hairston, Jonathan Nelson, Donnie McClurkin, and others. Known for her easygoing spirit, sense of humor, and love for having a good time, Ray brings joy and personality to the group along with a strong eye for quality, preparation, and excellence.

 Ashley is the business co-lead of Vybecheck and a steady voice within the group. She helps support the planning, organization, decision-making, and behind-the-scenes details that keep the band moving forward. Known as the voice of reason, Ashley brings a calm spirit, thoughtful perspective, and strong sense of leadership to everything she does.

As a tenor and third alto, Ashley adds richness and balance to the group’s harmonies, carrying her part with confidence from beginning to end. Whether on stage or behind the scenes, she brings wisdom, dependability, and a grounding presence to Vybecheck.

Aarin is the vocal arranger for Vybecheck and one of the creative ears behind the group’s signature harmonies. As a tenor and second alto, she brings richness, versatility, and a unique vocal texture to the band’s sound.

Known as Vybecheck’s singing songbird, Aarin has a beautiful tone, smooth delivery, and an incredible ear for harmony. She can hear parts most people would miss and somehow make them fit perfectly. She has also had the opportunity to sing behind artist Melvin Crispell, adding to the experience and musical excellence she brings to the stage.

Marissa is a vocal arranger for Vybecheck and one of the bright voices behind the group’s signature harmonies. As a trained soprano, she brings range, clarity, and a beautiful vocal lift to the band’s sound. Known as the sunshine of Vybecheck, Marissa lights up every room with her warm smile, bubbly personality, and natural stage presence. Her performance background includes numerous plays and live shows, giving her a polished presence that shines every time she steps on stage.

With her impressive range, joyful energy, and creative ear, Marissa adds both vocal excellence and personality to every Vybecheck performance  reaching notes so high, we are still checking to see if they exist on the keyboard

X is the rhythm behind Vybecheck and a major part of the energy that drives every performance. With a natural feel, sharp timing, and a style that keeps the band locked in, X brings power, creativity, and excitement to the stage.

His love for music started at just two years old, and his growth as a musician has been undeniable. X has played for local artists including Victoria Copeland and has also recorded on a recent project with Carmen Deshon. Whether he is setting the groove, building the moment, or bringing the energy up, X helps give Vybecheck its heartbeat

Jev is Vybecheck’s jokester, bringing humor, personality, and good energy wherever he goes. But once he picks up the bass, it is clear he is all business. His sound brings depth, groove, and movement to the band, helping keep every performance locked in and full of life.

Between his smooth two-step, quick wit, and undeniable musicianship, Jev has a way of keeping the crowd entertained from every angle. A composer and multi-instrumentalist, he plays bass, keys, drums, and guitar, bringing creativity and versatility to the Vybecheck sound.

Q is the sound man behind Vybecheck, and his ear for music is a major part of what keeps the band balanced and sounding great in any room. Whether it is a small venue, large space, or something in between, Larry helps make sure every voice, instrument, and detail comes through clearly.

He is also an awesome tenor  we are just still working on recruiting him full-time. Quiet by nature, Larry may not say much, but his face speaks volumes, and the band usually knows exactly what it means. With a natural knack for music and a steady presence behind the sound, Larry helps keep Vybecheck polished, professional, and performance-ready.
